Presethaven respects intellectual property rights and will respond to clear notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

1. Submit a DMCA Notice

Your written notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (URL or description).
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including:

• Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
• Your name, address, phone, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your address area (or Michigan, if outside the USA), and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon valid counter-notification, we may restore the material per the DMCA process.
