1. Processing Times
- In-stock items: 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-order/custom items: 3–7 business days.
2. Estimated Delivery
- Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (customs may add delays/fees).
3. Shipping Fees & Carriers
Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service. We partner with reputable carriers. Some orders may ship in multiple packages.
4. Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
5. Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by destination countries.
6. Address Issues & Lost Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and the carrier; we’ll assist with a claim where possible.
7. Delivery Acceptance
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address specified. If your order arrives damaged, retain packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos.
